Hello! My name is Haley Kummer. I am the proud owner of Smart Start Childcare!
I started in the child care field when I was nannying my way through college, while earning my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. GO BEARCATS! I am mom to Louella (2) and Eddie (10 months) who join me at Smart Start.

I received my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech and would love to go back to school in the coming years. My husband and I have two children, Carter (8) and Amelia (5) and reside in Indiana. The office door is always open, feel free to stop in!

Hello, I'm Haley Williams and I have worked for Smart Start Childcare since 2019. I began working in childcare after high school and earned the Child Development Associate Credential from University of Cincinnati.
It is so rewarding to watch children grow into confident, self-sufficient children and that motivates me to do my job to the best of my ability. Building relationships with families is also part of the job that I really enjoy. I have two boys and we love visiting Kings Island, museums, festivals, etc. We are always looking for new places to explore!

I attended Sinclair Community College to earn a degree in early childhood education. Childcare is a challenging line of work but I enjoy the reward, which is seeing children thrive in our warm and welcoming center. When I’m not at Smart Start, I enjoy spending time with my amazing family, friends, and my dog, Bodhi.
